The FCCA is a not for profit organization providing referrals,
educational and support services to families and licensed family child care ( In home) providers in the Bedford, Billerica,
Burlington, Chelmsford, Dracut, Haverhill, Littleton, Lowell, Woburn, Somerville, Tewksbury, Townsend, Tyngsboro,
Westford, and Wilmington and surrounding areas in Massachusetts.
The FCCA was founded in 1979 by 2 Licensed
Family Child Care Providers. The purpose was to unite people having similiar interests in child care, and provide them
with the opportunity to meet and share ideas.
The objectives of the FCCA are to strive
for quality family child care and to increase the professionalism of family child care providers.
